What Causes Discomfort In Anal Area And Cramping In Penis Area?
My son is 19 Years old and has been complaining about discomfort in the anal area and cramping in the penis area. they diagnosed him with chronic prostitis back in October he will be seeing an urologist this week. He does weight lifting. He says he feels some relief if he massages buttock area but seems like he states is more bothersome lately when he does a bowel movement or tries to control it

I suggest using an anti-hemorrhoid cream for local application such as Preparation H.
I also recommend avoiding heavy lifting and constipation.
