I cant move a bowel unless I take four exlax pills at a time, twice a day. I drink plenty of coffee, water, have a lot of fiber in my diet, and am active. This has been going on for about 2 years. I get fatigued, my hair is falling out, and I don't feel well. Please let me know if this is serous or what it could be

HI
Well come to HCM
If you are drinking more water and having fiber diet too and still does not relieved constipation then along with this keep the habit of regular defecation, need to go for toilet every day even if you do not want to be in, still go for it and sit there for some time, do not apply any force no matter if you do not pass the stool, even if this does not relieved then you have to go and see the gastroenterologist for investigation and clinical examination, hope this helps, take care.
