I HAD A BREAST REDUCTION DONE ON OCT 1ST. MY RIGHT SHOULDER BLADE AREA HAS A CATCH, WHEN I LAY DOWN OR BEND OVER. IT TAKES MY BREATHE AWAY AND IT HURTS. COULD I HAVE A TRAPPED AIR BUBBLE? HEAT & PAIN MEDICINE HELPS SOME. SOMETIMES WHEN I SNEEZE IT ABOUT PUTS ME TO MY KNEES. ANY SUGGESTIONS ? BARB S.

You have not given any details about the what kind of operation you underwent. You should consult a Physiotherapist for exercises that will strengthen your shoulder muscles. Also, Take high protein diet .
