What Causes Discomfort In Chest And Back In A Hot And Humid Condition?

I have been having chest, back, and under my arms pain after taking a hot shower or in hot humid weather. The symptoms seem to go away once I get in air conditioning. If I force a burp, it seems to help a little but the pain is still there until I get into a cold environment.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain may not he due to warm condition or hot condition or atmosphere but this could be due to hyperacidity and it can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg" Domperidone" once in day, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
