What Causes Discomfort In Chest Of A Person With Heart Disease?

I have heart condition that required two stents implanted in 2013, I also have diabetes running in the family.
Lately I have been feeling fatigue and little discomfort behind the rib cage area. What might be the problem? But my appointment with the doctor won't be until 2-11-2016

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe itching under the ribcage while having gallstones. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acid reflux , chest infection , or angina . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay as you already have cardiac problem . Doctor may order ECG, complete blood profile along with troponin t test . Doctor may prescribe isosorbide nitrate , sedatives , betablockers , aspirin . For now do not exert your body and take proper rest .
