What Causes Discomfort In Chest While Breathing?

i am 25 year old.. i am experiencing some difficulty while breathing in my left chest... The first time it was happened in 2005. after i had problem for few years.. consulted with different cardiologist and have done checkup like ECG, X ray, blood test.. they couldn t find any major problem for me.. but i am still getting difficulty in my chest.. feeling like something is blocking my breath .. have to take some extra force for better breath some time.. what i have to do for this. i am doubt about my blood..

Thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
Since your cardiac and pulmonary investigations are normal, no need to worry much for your symptoms.
In my opinion you are having anxiety and related symptoms.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
You may also require anxiolytic drugs too.
So better to avoid stress and tension.
Be relax and calm.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
