I felt a hard thump in my chest and it felt like my heart stopped for a minute. I have had two ekg a echo and a echo stress test all in the past three months. And have had acute chest pain and discomfort for the same amount of time. Should I be worried my heart is going too give out on me?

when all the reports are normal ,nothing to worry. consult your doctor for non cardiac causes .he will examine you physically & order for gastric endoscopy blood tests,x-ray chest. mean while you can take paracetamol ,tramadol ,pain killer gel locally.hot fomentation. avoid smoking,caffeine,junk food .take fresh fruits. exercise regularly.
