What Causes Discomfort In Ear?
Hi, my ear has been doing a weird thing off and on for a while now. If I accidentally put pressure on a certain place around my right ear, it will all of a sudden get all muffled, as though there s something in there, but I can t get it out. It usually goes away after a few minutes, but it just happened again a little while ago and it hasn t gone away. I have tried cleaning the ear out with qtips, but that usually just makes it worse. Help!

It seems that there is impaction of wax. But final diagnosis can be made after examination only. Donot try to clean your ear yourself. You may require a wax dissolvent and cleaning of ear by a ent.
