What Causes Discomfort In Ears Of A Baby While Sleeping?

Hi, My 1 year 9 month old baby girl is suffering from cold , we are giving her T minic and Honitus. From past two days in the morning she nevers coughs or show any signs of discomfort. But, at night when she is sleeping. Sometimes she acts like something wrong with her ears and she says that she needs to pee. We took her to a ENT Specialist thinking of ear infection but no go and Dr said that she has minor wax and nothing much. But tonight also when she was going to sleep she acted the same way putting her hand on the ear like she has some pain. But atlast she is sleeping now. Should we consult some other Dr again or it is fine ?
