What Causes Discomfort In Lower Abdomen Along With Blood In Urine?

Hello for about a week or two I have been peeing blood, I really just thought about it for about the first two days than didn t think about it again until last night, last night I urinated and it looked like mud, than all day today I watched and it was blood, I m 53 and went through menopause already, I also have some discomfrot in my lower stomach it doesn t hurt just feels weird was wondering what this could be

Thanks for asking me this question.

First you have to do urine examination test if pus cell present in urine that may indicate urinary tract infection.

Bleeding in urine is common symptoms in glomerulonephtitis case.That indicate infection in kidney.

You mention there is pain at abdominal region , in kidney stone may lead to pain.

You have to check your complete blood cell count that helpful to further diagnosis.
In sicken cell anemia there is blood in urine is present. so it may rule out.
