What Causes Discomfort In Lower Back During Intercourse?
I'm young, so I don't have any back problems. But every time I have sex with my boyfriend, I get this feeling in my lower back. I don't know what this means. It hurts, but it's not that painful. It feels good at the same time, but I can't really handle it. So I tell my boyfriend to stop, because it does hurt, a little. What does this mean?
I have gone through your problem. There are following possibilities:
1. The pain at the mouth of the uterus (cervix) and the ligaments attached to it at the back is referred to the low back. If you have swelling and/or infection of the mouth of the uterus and/or swelling in the pelvic cavity due to long standing infection, it can give rise to low backache. During intercourse when these tissues are disturbed, such pain may occur. Please report to Gynaecologist for internal examination. These conditions can be tackled by cauterization of cervix and/or antibiotics with anti-inflammatory medicines.
2. If you are having sex in some awkward position which is causing strain to the muscles and/or ligaments of sacroiliac joint, it will cause pain during sex. Please have a look of the position. Acute pain may be handled with local anti-inflammatory cream like Bangue or so.
I hope this serves the purpose.
