What Causes Discomfort In Lower Back,abdomen And Vagina With History Of Kidney Stones?

I am 34 yr old female with my tubes tied I have a history of kidney stone and have had a cyst on ovaries and kidneys. I am now experiencing pain in my lower back right side where kidney is pain in the middle of lower stomach and pressure in vagina area all pain is dull pain not really a cramping pain hard to describe.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the confirmed kidney stone then pain could be due to this only and some time it could be infection along with this and in my opinion condition need to be managed accordingly and for that you need to get done some investigations till then "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg with Acetaminophen" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
