What Causes Discomfort In Penis?

Hi. I am a 22yr old male. Since last night, I ve been feeling a bubbly feeling under my penis(close to my scrotum). it doesn t hurt but it really irritates. not sure if it s related to stress but I ve been really stressed lately.I d really appreciate any information you have on this. Thank you

Stress cannot cause discomfort in penis. Masturbation/sexual intercourse sometimes can cause this including any inflammation/infection. Please provide details regarding this for further suggestion. All the best.
