What Causes Discomfort In Testicle After Masturbation?

I experienced testicular discomfort from over-masterbating - oddly, sexual intercourse does not cause the discomfort. I have abstained from masterbation, or any for of sexual activity, for over a month and the pain in my testicles has decreased dramatically although my testicles still feel tender and slightly uncomfortable. I saw an internist and he said that I appear to have stained an organ in my testicles. Do you agree? And do you recommend that continue to abstain from any form of sexual activity until my testicles feel absolutely normal? The internist said that wasn t necessary. Do you agree? The last thing I want to do is re-antagonize the condition. YYYY@YYYY - email.
