Hello,

You are suffering from discomfort in the testicle with burning sensation in the groin. You have had done STD tests and they are clear. You had ultrasound done and that was clear too. Get Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done to rule out UTI, E.coli infection. Epididymitis can also present with such symptoms.

Epididymitis commonly occurs due to STI, bacterial or prostrate infections, but may also occur due to heavy lifting or straining, vibrations, bike riding, mild blows, etc. Too much masturbation can be a cause. In addition to pain, there may also be swelling and a burning sensation when you urinate. Sometimes, when the epididymitis spreads to involve the nearby testicle, the condition is called epididymo-orchitis.

Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made. Testicular torsion is a medical emergency that needs to be treated within 6 hours to prevent permanent damage. Gonorrhea, syphilis and chlamydia can affect multiple body parts, including the testicles. This can cause the testicles to become swollen or inflamed (a painful, burning feeling). Get clinically examined by a urologist. Use of ice packs, and pain medication, such as acetaminophen (Tylenol) are helpful. Get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
