What Causes Discomfort In Testicles?

I have a weird uncomfortable feeling in my left testicle and it is noticeably hanging lower than the right one. I feel the need to keep pulling the left one back up into place while sitting and walking feels uncomfortable too. This has only just happened in the last few days and I have done nothing different or out of the ordinary that could have caused it I dont think. Any suggestions of what might be wrong?

Hi.
The left testis is always at a lower level than the right.
But you have noticed this for the last 2 days and this is symptomatic for you.
It is possible that the supportive musculature of the testis has gone weaker or there is chance of a varicocele , which increases the local temperature to cause the symptoms you have.
First of all give a good scrotal support.
go for ultrasonography and color doppler study and clinical examination by a Surgeon / Urologist. This will lead to a perfect diagnosis.
