What Causes Discomfort In The Chest And Left Arm While On Lipitor And Coreg?

I have some upper chest and left arm discomfort when I do any work. I have had a heart attach 22 years ago, a stent, then 5 years ago double bypass and new aortic valve. My cholesterol is with in range and blood pressure 130/70. I take Lipitor and coreg.

Are Your symptoms related to exertion /exercise? If yes they are signs of reduced blood flow to your heart. Incase these happen continuously unrelated to exertion, then get your shoulder examined for stiffness.
