What Causes Discomfort In The Groin After A Cardiac Procedure?

Thank You! I had a heart cath on January 25, 2017. The doctor used the angio seal and the next day after the cath, I felt something strange in my groin area and now I am so bloated in my abdomen I can hardly get my breath. What might it be. I m very upset over this as I had a abdomen that was flat as a board.
