What Causes Discomfort In The Hips?

The past two days I am able to walk only a limited amount of steps before one hip or another goes out , as if I am no longer knit together . I am generally active, slowed only by allergies this week. It s just a surprise - only mild discomfort when it happens - but somewhat disconcerting because they just keep giving out and I m keeling all over the place.

Hi,

It may be nothing but minor contusions or can be an early signs of arthritis. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
