What Causes Discomfort In The Knees?

i haven t had an injuries, but sometimes I get restless knee and I cannot get comfortable or sleep. not sure what the issue is or if there s anything i can do to make it go away. i feel like I have to move my knee, stretch it out and change positions, but nothing helps

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to sprain.

For further assessment you may require MRI knee after orthopedician consultation.

For pain you can take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel or ointment locally.

Heating pads also helps.

Use knee cap. Use support while walking.
