What Causes Discomfort In The Left Arm And Knee Joints?

Hi ,I have a 7 yr old daughter who last saturday , who could not feel anything on her left arm and leg , she has had a ct scan , mri , lumbar spine tap , and tons of blood work , all show nothing out of normal , she still cant feel anything on her left arm and leg below the elbow and knee joints ,also c/o of pain in her hips and lower spine , her left foot is drawn upward and she walks on her heel , and she has to make her left hand open up , it curls into a fist , what could cause this , ?
