What Causes Discomfort In The Left Bicep?

Hi, I m Kealie, female, 27 years old, 5 10 in height, 180lbs in weight. Taking birth control pills every day for the past six years. I think my health is fair considering having a sensitive stomach and acid reflex problems from time to time. I am having a weird kind of bubbly feeling in my left bicep since this morning and I m not sure why or what to do about it.

Hi,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedics and get evaluated.
