What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?
I have a different feeling than normal, lower right side of stomach. No pain, but it feels like there is something there that isn t suppose to be. The feeling comes and goes. The best I can do is it feels like there is something the size of golf ball that does not move.

It may be a gut infection, bowel gas or some anatomical lump. Go for an ultrasound abdomen and stool examination under a microscope. Go for lab tests as hemoglobin test, total leucocytes count, differential leucocyte count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, c-reactive protein etcetera.
