What Causes Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen?

I have lower abdomen discomfort. Last Wed had watery diarrhea all day, stopped with immodium. Stomach continued to hurt. Spiked a 102 fever Friday afternoon. Went to clinic did blood test, a few things off, did CT looking for diverticulitis, saw nothing. Finally able to just do a stool sample now to see if C-diff, but stool not watery. Instead, black and tarry. Low grade fever all day Saturday. Saturday in middle of night 103.7. Last night I did not wake up, but woke up this morning covered in sweat??

it means there is malena due tocholitis bleeding from guts so digested blood is seen. control fever with tab crocin. exclude other causes of fever like uti.consult gastroenterologist for clinical examination and diagnosis with recomandation of medication.
