General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You have neither given any information about your past illness or a detailed picture of your present symptoms.

However, since you are feeling discomfort in your lungs, you should avoid sedentary lifestyle & do regular walking & stretch exercises, especially in the early mornings when the air is fresh.

Allow your self to breath while you are exercising & walking. Stay away from stress, tensions, anxiety & depressions. Avoid addictions if any.

Commonly, Acid Reflux, dyspepsia & gastritis may cause you chest discomforts. Take plenty of water & food rich in fiber, avoid constipation.

Take antacids & PPI's to feel better. The other medical condition that may cause chest discomfort is developing asthma, pneumonia, pleurisy or lung cancer.

You are suggested to stay away from addictions if any. Visit ER, get physically examined by a GP. Get all required blood work outs & Imaging tests done. Get evaluated, get treated.

Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
