What Causes Discomfort In The Middle Of Chest?

I have chest discomfort now and then in the evenings in the middle of my chest. Feels like something is blocked and trying to get to the back of my throat. I want to burp and burping relieves the pain. Lasts between 10 to 30 minutes. Tried paracetamol to relieve pain but this doesn t work.

itappears to be oesophageal reflux. ultrasound can be helpfull indiagnosis. take bland diet omiprazol and tab unienzyme. with this treatment you will get relief.
