had a sexual encounter with a female on friday night, i now have a funny feeling on the tip of my penis on the inside and it just feels funny, there is also a little discomfort now and then when i urinate. I have nothing on the shaft, it isn t sore when i touch it. just the funny feeling on the inside of the tip. the female said that she is clean and has been tested. what could be the possible cause

It can be due to superficial infection. As a first line management you can try topical antibiotics like Mupirocin after cleaning with soap and water. If symptoms persist it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
