What Causes Discomfort In The Penis?

At the root of penis,at left side m feeling a little weakness,I know the reason ,once unfortunately I pulled my penis in below direction by crushing left head of the penis. Also feeling its roots r not so attached .nt feeling comfortable. A little pyronese also occurred. Erection occurs,but not as fast as before this injury...it is my problem.
