What Causes Discomfort In The Right Foot?

I m having discomfort in my right foot. In the ball of the foot pad where it connects to the toes, it feels like I m walking on a wadded up tissue. It s very uncomfortable, sort of a dull pain. I wanted to know more about possible diagnosis so I can tell if I should seek care from my primary doctor or a podiatrist.

Hi,

It might be a simple contusion or musculoskeletal pain. As of now, you can apply ice packs and take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
