What Causes Discomfort In The Sternum Area, Nausea, Jaw Pain And Back Ache?

Since the first of June I ve experienced discomfort in sternum area. At first it felt like I had a pill stuck there. Has gotten progressively worse and is now at the point where it constantly bothers me, even scaring me. Took Pepcid in beginning; no help. This afternoon not only is the sternum area really aching but I m a tiny bit nauseated, my upper back is aching, and had small amount of pain in right jaw. Should I go to the ER?

Yes, this could actually be sings of cardiac arrest we never know. In early stages, it may present like this and many people come to the ER with such vague pain episodes.
