Hello,

I read your message and understood your health problem.

I see that you have a long time experiencing a sciatica problem for 23 years since the first pregnancy.

The nerve compression may cause such a dull pain or discomfort but there are also other causes that we need to take under consideration.

Kidney infections or stones are a possible cause. A urinary tract US and urine test can identify if there is any kidney trouble.

If you have done any heavy physical activity lately a lower back strain may have occurred and caused the pain.

An evaluation of spine with x-ray or better CT-scan is necessary to be done to eliminate any possible cause that originates from the spine itself.

Also, some other problems with the internal organs like inflammation of the pancreas or ovarian cysts may be the cause of the pain. It is important for you to notice any other symptom you may have and say it to your GP.

Tests and radiology exam will be necessary to determine the cause.

Hope this is helpful for you.
