What Causes Discomfort In Throat While Swallowing?
My son, 14 years old, has been battling a sore throat for a few days. Just today he said it feels food is getting stuck in his lower throat or esophagus. A little pain, but mostly it feels as if the food is stuck. After awhile it feels ok, as long as he doesn't swallow something. What do you think?

It looks like Globus , dysphagia either due to iron deficiency anemia, or emotional disturbance, it can sometimes be due to hormonal changes and also long standing acidity
