What Causes Discomfort In Throat With Breathing Difficulties?

I have had several episodes of choking when I have not eaten anything nor is there anything in my throat. It is very disconcerting and causes me to panic. I struggle to breathe. The episodes have lasted for about 3 or 4 minutes before it dissipates. I am in constant fear that it will happen again. It happens for no apparent reason.

Don't take tension or go into anxiety neurosis for fear of an attack. It Amy. Be acid reflux, panic attacks. Sleep apnoea, a nervosa... relax. show an Ent. Rule out anatomical obstruction..., take a psychological reference and so on...
