What Causes Discomfort In Throat With Heart Burns?

Even i am feeling something stuck in my throat , and the same as burning in my neck heart, throat , i am taking alcohal regularly from 5 years and gutkha from 15 years , my diet is normal , no blood , but even i feeling some cough is there , i have nose elergy also

hello, thanks for your query, smoking, alcohol, tobacco chewing, nasal allergy can cause gastric reflex which causes chest burning, nasal allergy due to smoking can cause sinusitis, post nasal drip of sinusitis can cause sore throat. all these can cause foreign body sensation in throat. kindly visit an ent surgeon for detailed ent examination and proper treatment. plz stop smoking and alcohol. all d best. take care.
