What Causes Discomfort, Tightness And Inflammation Under The Rib Cage?

Recently, I have had tightness in the upper right chest area just under the rib cage. It felt tight or like some pressure most notably when I sat at my desk. I went to the Doctors about a month ago. They checked my Blood pressure and did an EKG and it was all normal. We thought it might be stress related. As, I have had a lot of changes recently. I have not done anything like pulling a muscle or breaking a rib. Now a month later, it is getting more uncomfortable. It is not painful just creating some additional discomfort. Further, I have also noticed a slight inflammation in the area and experienced some light headedness. I also noticed a heat sensation around the neck. Any thoughts?
