I have been feeling a uncomfortable feeling on right side chest to around the front of right chest but more prominent on side. ( feels more like a flutter or real dull pain ) it only last a short time few minutes sometime longer on and off all day. I get no other symptoms than that. Im in pretty good health and no problems at all. Im 43 and 190lbs

Hi thanks for contacting HCM..

Noted here only dull chest pain present ...
So here two causes can be there ....
- musculoskeletal pain or
-cardiac cause like arrhythmia as fluttering present ....

Respiratory cause less likely as no other symptoms present...

Here get your blood pressure measured and ECG or echo done to rule out cardiac cause.
Causative treatment done...

If no above cause present then muscular pain could be there.
For that rest done....
Analgesic can be given....
Hot pad can be applied....
Avoid strenous exercise.....

Take care......
