What Causes Disequilibrium,double Vision And Headaches?

I went to the doctor one time. they said I had nonspecific amnesia, behavioral changes, headaches, and fatigue. after the appointment i experienced disequilibrium, and double vision. I have never abused alcohol and i've never been bitten by a tick. Doc i had seen ruled out lyme disease and rocky mountain spotted fever. my HIV test was negative. blood tests were normal as well as the CSF test.
