What Causes Disorientation And Fatigue While On A Nexplanon Implant?

My nexplanon implant was placed about two weeks ago and i have been feeling disoriented, exhausted, drained, and a lot of pain in the incision where it was placed. My body is rejecting the birth control, and i am having to wait another week for my doctor to remove it why would i feel so weak
