What Causes Disorientation Followed By Fainting And Numbness In The Jaw?

i have been feeling disoriented and like I m going to faint for several hours now. I almost lost by balance in the bathroom and fell. My jaw also feels numb. I think I have been dealing with an ulcer for a week or so. I keep getting a ton of pressure in my lower chest and it lasts for several hours followed by headaches. I have been taking antacids for it but haven t been helping much the last few days.
