What Causes Disorientation, Nausea And Memory Loss On Using Cipla Trim?

Hello, I started using Cipla Trim about 2 months ago, suddenly after 2 months I started to feel disorientated, confused, nauceous and experienced temporary memory loss for about 30 seconds. I immediately stopped taking the pills, but would like to know why this happened? And why only after two months and not immediately after I started taking them? Is this normal or just me? (I am using no other medication and I'm 28 years of age, 72kg, 1,73m and no medical history) Thank you! Elle
