What Causes Disoriented Thoughts Along With Insomnia?

Dear Dr, I have some problem like keep on thinking few things such as basic thing like if i miss bus i will be keep on thinking if i would have been early i would catched bus. Also if i see and window or door i keep on counting no of lines ans squares and rectangles. Few days am not getting sleep properly if get any pin drop sound i will not get sleep immediate;y i will wake up. Pls suggest do i have at remedy for this issues. Thanks in advance Dr.

Getting disoriented thoughts and insomnia is a psychological disorder commonly caused due to stress and anxiety.
You can get relief from it by means of taking anxiolytic medications and getting counselling.
Also, practicing meditation regularly would keep your mind calm and healthy.
