What Causes Disrupted Sleep And Chronic Fatigue?

I m worried about my health. I have had three straight blood tests (over the course of 5 months) result in a high white blood cell count with no obvious signs of infection. I have experienced severely disrupted sleep and chronic fatigue. What could this be the result of?

Conditions like fibromyalgia is a possibility. For sleep deprivation you can consider drugs like zolpodem as a first line management.
