What Causes Distended Abdomen Along With Slimy White Vaginal Discharge?

I have a protruded stomach as though am pregnant but am not, I have been in this condition for the last three years, though every year my stomach grows bigger. my stomach is tight, I produce bad odour, one time I saw a thin like thread pass through my vagina, please describe to me the best medication for my problem.

Hi,

Endometriosis or myoma uterus should be ruled out by doing ultrasound examination. Swab test should be done from vagina to ruled out infection. In case of infection antibiotics will be helpful. You can also use intimate wash to maintain pH on vagina.
