What Causes Distended Abdomen Between The Breast And Pelvic Region?

I am suffering with a distendend abdomen that goes from under both breasts and down to the pelvic. It is very warm to the touch especially right under my breasts. I have pains that wrap around my left side and one that goes all the way up through my left breast. The feeling of my although it is hard it is soft at the safe time it feels like there is about 1/2 to 1" layer that is very soft and squishy it is very hard to explain what it is.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The cause of pain between the breasts and the pelvis, with the warm feeling under the right breast, wrapping of the pain around the left breast and goes through left breast, feeling of skin is of about one half to 1 inch layer, soft and squishy.
The probable cause looks to be Costochondritis.
I would advise :
Get a clinical examination and an actual physical examination by a General Surgeon to get a diagnosis and a plan for the treatment.
I can add a few things:
No strenuous activities at all.
Warm fomentation
Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen .
