What Causes Distended Stomach, Frequent Bowel Movements, Tiredness And Gas?

For the past 7 months I have been having a distended stomach, frequent bowel movements, was extremely tired at first but now full of energy, first had some pain but that is gone, a few months ago started having a lot of gurgling, have lots of twitching in back and stomach, and gas bubbles or flutters. have had EGD, colonoscopy, ab scan, uterus ultrasound, blood tests that said kidneys fine, sugar levels find, gallbladder scan and ultrasound, everything is turning up negative. Even took multiple pregnancy tests....negative. Been measuring my stomach around the midsection and its Getting bigger. Any thoughts?

Hi,
Dear you may need to modify your diet planning.Since some foods can be gaseous and need to avoid.For example,spicy and fried things,large meal at one time,drinking less water,having refined food more for example,sugar,white rice etc.
I would suggest you take one 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of water in empty stomach in the morning.Stop taking sugar for some days,instead use jaggry and honey.Have light meal at night time like only milk,or legumes no carbohydrates like roti,rice or chappati.
starting exercise and yoga would also surely help to relieve your symptoms .
