What Causes Distorted Vision, Headache And Neck Pain?

Every so often I get distorted vision. It happens when I lest expect it and I lose focus. this is followed immediately by a headache and neck pain. My pulse rate shoots up very fast, I guess to my andrenaline as it s scary and I usually tale an advil and just sit and calm myself until it s over. Afterward my body feels totally drained especially my legs which feel like jelly. When I first started having this years ago I could just shake my head and it was gone, but not now.

Diabetologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is difficult to give why such episode might be happening. My suggestion is please get your eyes examined at an ophthalmological hospital. There may be certain issues with refraction or even some internal issues with eye pressure (IOP). Also, get a general check up done. That should help in finding out the possible cause and then overcoming it. Just speculation is not going to be any use so please do as suggested.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
