What Causes Distortion In Eyes After Cataract Surgery In A Patient Having Astigmatism?

I just had my cataracts off, now new glasses, lens only, kept my frame. When I look straight ahead, it's not bad, but pulls the eyes. When I turn my head a bit to the side, then the walls, shelves, etc, slant! When I look at the TV & a big letter, when I turn my head a bit, there is a shadow below the letter, both directions the same. I've worn progressive tri-focal lenses for years, & glasses for over 60 yrs. I do have astigmatism. What would be causing the distortion?? Thank you, Betty

You must have taken IOL and postoperative correction. Now you can go for refraction and take proper specs.
