Hi Doctor, I have excessive dreams each night and so feel sleepy in the daytime even when I try to get at least 7-8 hours sleep a night. This is really frustrating as I have difficulty concentrating at work and all that yawning doesn t help project a professional, sharp image.
u have not mentioned ur age..it may b age related problem..changing in ur life style wil help u.u need not to take medicines if u follow below advise: take food on proper time. avoid stress. do meditation 15-20 mins & do yoga. chyawanpras 2tsp with milk in morning. take bath after coming from work. drink 1 glass milk at bed time.
