What Causes Disturbed Sleep Along With Cold Feet?

I struggle with sleeping as it is getting around an hour at most a day(I sleep around dinner time) but for the last 2 weeks iv been waking up with uncomfortably freezing feet even if it s warm or If I wear socks and shoes! Or instead of my feet my back feels really cold and abit painful

might be having peripheral neuritis or peripheral vasoconstriction.exclude dibetes. go for complete blood test and routine stool urine test. should gofor life style change. inmy opinion meditation and yoga may help.
