Hi,

Disturbed sleep and increased sweating can be caused by several factors, including certain medications, such as the ones you are taking for your blood pressure and cholesterol. Divon (Valsartan) and Ascard (Aspirin) can cause sweating as a side effect, while Lipitor (Atorvastatin) and Gem Pid (Gemfibrozil) can cause sleep disturbances. In addition, it's important to consider other potential underlying causes, such as anxiety, stress, hormonal changes, or even certain medical conditions such as sleep apnea. Acid reflux, which you mention having, can also contribute to disrupted sleep.

It's recommended that you discuss your symptoms with your healthcare provider to determine the underlying cause and develop an appropriate treatment plan. They may adjust your medication regimen or recommend other interventions, such as lifestyle changes, relaxation techniques, or further testing to rule out other potential causes. In the meantime, you may find it helpful to practice good sleep hygiene, such as maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, avoiding caffeine and alcohol before bed, and creating a calm and comfortable sleep environment.
